Job Role

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Pre-Sales Executive to drive brand visibility and lead generation during the pre-launch phase of upcoming Cult.fit centers. The role primarily focuses on BTL marketing activities, pamphlet distribution, kiosk management, and walk-in engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing in residential and commercial areas
• Distribute pamphlets and generate leads
• Set up and manage kiosks near the center
• Engage walk-ins and explain membership plans
• Capture leads and coordinate with the sales team
• Support local activations and pre-launch campaigns

Requirements

• 0–3 years in sales / field marketing / promotions
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with outdoor work
• Target-driven and energetic
• Flexible with shifts and weekend work
