9Round is a global kickboxing fitness franchise offering trainer-guided, high-intensity 30-minute workouts with no fixed class timings. The brand focuses on helping members become stronger physically and mentally through innovative kickboxing-based fitness programs.

Job Summary

The Presales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective members, scheduling trial workouts, and converting inquiries into memberships.

The role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales aptitude, and a passion for fitness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads generated through calls, walk-ins, social media, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
• Explain 9Round's fitness programs, membership plans, and benefits to prospective members.
• Schedule and coordinate free trial workout sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Conduct outbound calling to generate appointments and membership opportunities.
• Achieve monthly membership conversion and revenue targets.
• Build relationships with potential members and address their queries effectively.
• Coordinate with trainers and studio staff to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Support local marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive member experience throughout the sales process.
