Job RoleWe are looking for energetic and confident Sales Associates to join our growing team. You will interact with users, explain the benefits of Multipl’s savings products, and help customers start their financial journey with us.
- ResponsibilitiesInbound CallsAssist users who have downloaded the app
- Answer customer queries and guide them through account setup
- Help users create and plan savings goals
- Outbound CallsReach out to potential customers
- Explain the benefits of Multipl’s Higher Yield Savings Account
- Educate users on smarter saving and spend-vesting
- Customer GuidanceSuggest savings plans for goals like travel, electronics, weddings, etc.
- Build trust and maintain a positive customer experience
- Feedback & SupportShare customer feedback with internal teams
- Help improve user experience and product adoption
