Flexo Label Printing Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Flexo Label Printing Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of multi-color flexographic printing presses, ensuring high-quality output for garment labels and packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: Perform full press setups, including mounting plates, installing cylinders, and mixing/matching inks to meet specific color requirements.
• Production Management: Operate the flexo press to produce high-quality labels, maintaining consistent registration and color density throughout the run.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of printed materials to identify and correct defects such as smudging, misalignment, or color variations.
• Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on the machine to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Material Handling: Load and unload substrates (satin, taffeta, or paper) and manage waste efficiently.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical or print-related issues during the production process
• Color Matching: Strong understanding of ink mixing and the ability to match Pantones or approved samples accurately.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in flexographic printing, preferably within the garment accessories or labels industry.
