Printing Machine Operator

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Digital Printing Machine Operator to operate and maintain digital printing machines, ensuring high-quality print output, timely production, and minimal material wastage. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of printing materials, color accuracy, and machine maintenance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate digital printing machines (Konica Minolta, Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, etc.).
• Print jobs according to production schedules and job specifications.
• Check artwork, paper size, orientation, margins, and print settings before printing.
• Ensure accurate color matching and print quality.
• Load paper and other media into the machine.
• Monitor printing process and resolve minor machine errors.
• Perform daily cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Replace toner, drums, and other consumables when required.
• Minimize paper wastage and optimize machine efficiency.
• Maintain production records and job completion status.
• Coordinate with graphic designers regarding print-ready files.
• Report machine issues to the Production Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area.
• Pack printed materials carefully before finishing processes.
