Job Description
Job Title: KYC Executive (Voice & Non-Voice)
Department: Super Loads
Location: KTP(Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore – Ground Floor (Within 5 km radius preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Key Responsibilities Verify customer identity and KYC documents.
- Review and validate onboarding documentation.
- Conduct customer verification through calls (Voice Process).
- Follow up for pending documents and resolve customer queries.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Escalate discrepancies and suspicious cases as required.
- Requirements Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, and customer verification processes.
- Attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Prior experience in KYC, Voice, Non-Voice, or Customer Service roles is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
