Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and proactive Production Executive to join our manufacturing team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily production activities, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with the production team for smooth operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor day-to-day production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Coordinate with production supervisors and operators to maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
• Identify production issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure proper utilization of machinery, materials, and manpower.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Coordinate with the quality and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Diploma, ITI, or Graduate in a relevant field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, if required.
