Production Helper

A Production Helper in construction supports skilled workers and supervisors in daily site activities. The role involves assisting with material handling, basic construction tasks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist masons, carpenters, electricians, and other skilled workers on-site
• Load and unload construction materials (cement, bricks, tools, etc.)
• Prepare and mix materials such as concrete, mortar, and plaster
• Clean and maintain the worksite regularly
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers
• Support in basic construction activities like digging, lifting, and assembling
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly handled and stored
• Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear at all times
• Required Skills:Basic knowledge of construction work (preferred but not mandatory)
• Physical strength and stamina
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Basic understanding of safety practices
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Prior construction site experience is an advantage
• Working Conditions:Outdoor work at construction sites
• Physically demanding role
• May require working in shifts or extended hours

Salary Range (India):₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and location)
