Production Helper

Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Production Helpers to assist in the manufacturing of warehouse racking systems and other steel fabrication products. The role involves supporting fabrication, welding, material handling, packing, and loading activities while maintaining a safe and clean workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist welders and fitters during fabrication and assembly.
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products.
• Help with cutting, drilling, grinding, and cleaning steel components.
• Sort and stack materials as instructed.
• Support packing and dispatch of finished goods.
• Keep the production area clean and organized.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of the production team.
• Use safety equipment and follow workplace safety procedures.

Required Skills

• Physically fit and able to handle materials.
• Willingness to learn fabrication and manufacturing work.
• Good teamwork and positive attitude.
• Punctual and disciplined.
• Ability to work safely in a factory environment.

Qualification

• SSLC/10th Pass preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior factory or fabrication experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
