About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Production & Operations Intern to support the planning and execution of corporate events. This role offers hands-on exposure to event production, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground event execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Production team in planning and executing corporate events.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue partners.
• Support logistics, transportation, and material movement for events.
• Help maintain event production checklists and timelines.
• Assist in inventory and event asset management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Be available for on-site event support as required.
• Prepare post-event reports and documentation.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree or pursuing graduation in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Passion for the event industry and eagerness to learn.
• PreferredPrior internship or volunteering experience in events is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
