Job Description
Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple construction sites.
Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with site engineers, architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and progress updates.
Follow up on material procurement and ensure timely availability at site.
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and billing status.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures.
Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and internal review meetings.
Identify project risks, delays, and issues, and escalate them to the Project Manager.
Maintain proper records of drawings, approvals, RFIs, BOQs, and project correspondence.
Support project handover and closure activities.
