Project Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented engineer with a strong background in interior design coordination and site construction. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the design execution, material selection, technical drawings, site supervision, and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with interior designers and architects to translate concepts into executable plans.

Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, and construction documents.

Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) layouts as per interior plans.

Supervise site work, contractors, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers for materials and timelines.

Resolve design or construction issues during implementation.

Ensure work aligns with local building codes and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Engineering

2–5 years of experience in interior fit-outs, renovations, or architectural construction

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, or relevant project tools

Strong understanding of structural, electrical, and plumbing integrations

Site coordination & contractor handling experience

Excellent communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualities:

Knowledge of sustainable materials and green building practices

Experience with residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors

Good aesthetic sense and attention to interior detailing

Multilingual ability (English + local language preferred)
