Job Description
- Project Planning & ExecutionTake ownership of interior projects from design sign-off to project handover.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams.
- Site ManagementConduct site surveys and assess project readiness.
- Supervise site activities and installation teams.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Resolve site-related challenges and coordinate corrective actions.
- Vendor & Contractor ManagementCoordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, civil contractors, and other vendors.
- Monitor contractor performance and quality standards.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and resources at site.
- Client ManagementServe as the primary point of contact during project execution.
- Conduct regular project review meetings with clients.
- Provide timely updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges.
- Manage client expectations and handle escalations professionally.
- Quality ControlConduct quality inspections at various project stages.
- Ensure workmanship meets company standards and design intent.
- Prepare snag lists and ensure closure before project handover.
- Budget & Cost ControlMonitor project costs and approved budgets.
- Track variations and change requests.
- Minimize wastage and optimize resource utilization.
- Documentation & ReportingMaintain project documentation, site reports, and progress trackers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Ensure proper project closure documentation and handover records.
