Project Lead

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Manage the entire project lifecycle from design conceptualization to final handover, ensuring adherence to corporate design standards and timelines.

Site Management: Oversee on-site execution, ensuring high-quality workmanship, compliance with safety regulations (OHSA), and adherence to drawings.

Budget & Cost Control: Develop detailed project budgets, monitor expenses, perform rate analysis, and manage subcontractor invoicing.

Coordination: Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams; coordinate between civil, MEP, and interior drawings.

Timeline & Resource Management: Maintain project schedules (using tools like MS Project), identify risks, and manage manpower to avoid delays.

Procurement: Oversee material selection, sourcing, and procurement to ensure timely delivery of finishes and furniture.

Job Requirements

Experience: 10–15+ years in corporate interior design and build, including 4+ years in senior project management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.

Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, vendor management capability, and ability to handle multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
