Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and responsible Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, manpower, subcontractors, quality, and safety compliance to ensure successful project execution.

• Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and supervise construction projects.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines.
• Monitor site activities and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Conduct site meetings and progress reviews.
• Handle billing, documentation, and project approvals.
• Monitor labor productivity and resource utilization.
• Ensure proper communication between site and management teams.
• Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and project execution.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
