Project Manager

JOB TITLE: Project Manager – Electrical

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 10 Years of relevant experience in Electrical Contracting and Project Execution.
• Experience in Residential, Commercial, Industrial and High-Rise Building Projects preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall planning, execution, monitoring and completion of Electrical Projects within stipulated timelines and budgets.
• Manage and supervise LT & HT Electrical Works including installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Lead and manage a team of Site Engineers, Supervisors and supporting staff.
• Coordinate and monitor activities of subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Prepare project schedules, resource planning and manpower deployment plans.
• Monitor project budgets, costing, productivity and profitability.
• Review and control material consumption, wastage and procurement requirements.
• Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, variations and extra item claims.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, Architects and Project Management Teams for smooth project execution.
• Resolve technical, commercial and contractual issues related to project execution.
• Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of LT & HT Electrical Systems.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, costing and financial control.
• Experience in client coordination and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of contracts, billing, measurements and project documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Project Planning Tools and Electrical Drawings.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
