Job Description
- Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead the MEP services team on-site, ensuring efficient execution of all activities.
- Coordinate with consultants during the design stage to ensure alignment with project requirements and site conditions.
- Work closely with civil agencies to ensure work fronts are prepared adequately and on time for MEP services.
- Execution & Quality Assurance:
- Supervise and troubleshoot all issues related to MEP services throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform quality checks to ensure the implementation of services meets design specifications and quality standards.
- Oversee the commissioning of service equipment, ensuring alignment with the project schedule.
- Statutory & Regulatory Compliance:
- Provide technical support for securing clearances from statutory agencies such as:
- Electricity Board
- Water Supply & Sewage Department
- Fire Department
- Ensure adherence to all relevant codes and regulations.
- Billing & Claims Management:
- Assist the Project Manager (PM) and Quantity Surveyor (QS) in checking and preparing service-related bills, including non-tendered (NT) items.
- Support the PM and QS in managing claims and disputes related to MEP services.
- Technical Expertise:
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to MEP services to minimize project delays.
- Provide innovative solutions to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
