The Property Hunter is responsible for identifying and sourcing suitable commercial properties for business expansion. The role involves fieldwork, market scanning, identifying available to-let shops, and coordinating with landlords and brokers to generate potential property leads.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct field surveys to identify to-let commercial shops suitable for business requirements. Gather information on property availability, location advantages, rental expectations, and property specifications. Establish and maintain relationships with local landlords, brokers, and property agents to generate property leads. Share potential property details, photographs, and location information with the reporting manager for evaluation. Arrange site visits and coordinate meetings with landlords when required. Maintain a daily tracker of identified properties and submit regular updates on property inflow. Monitor local markets to identify new commercial developments and vacant retail spaces. Support the property acquisition team in collecting necessary documents and preliminary details from landlords.
