Designation: Purchase Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Get acquainted with RAC’s products, services, and asset costs; stay updated on market cost changes.
Vendor Research: Identify and research potential vendors.
Offer Evaluation: Compare and evaluate supplier offers.
Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with suppliers.
Order Tracking: Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery.
Quality Review: Assess the quality of purchased products.
Record Maintenance: Enter order details into internal databases and maintain updated records of purchases, delivery information, and invoices.
