Job Description
Apparel Manufacturing Highly organized and detail oriented Purchase Order Executive with experience in the apparel manufacturing industry, specializing in procurement operations, vendor management, and production coordination. Proven ability to manage the complete purchase order lifecycle, ensuring the timely procurement of fabrics, accessories, and production related materials to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Experienced in coordinating with suppliers and external stakeholders for order placement, dispatch tracking, delivery follow ups, and invoice processing while maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation. Adept at collaborating with cross functional teams, including Production, Merchandising, Washing, Cutting, and Planning departments, to ensure material availability, work order execution, and adherence to production timelines. Proficient in utilizing Genesis ERP, IROMP (Intra Master), Microsoft Excel, and SQL for purchase order management, inventory tracking, data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managed end-to-end purchase order processing for fabrics, accessories, and production materials.
Coordinated with vendors and suppliers for order confirmations, dispatch schedules, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
Monitored fabric and accessory procurement to ensure timely availability for production requirements.
Processed invoices and maintained procurement related documentation with high accuracy.
Worked closely with Production, Washing, and Cutting departments to track work orders, cut pieces, and production progress.
Maintained procurement and inventory data through Genesis ERP and IROMP (Intra Master).
Generated reports and performed data analysis using Excel and SQL to support operational decision making Ensured compliance with procurement procedures, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
Collaborated with internal stakeholders to minimize production delays and improve supply chain efficiency.
