Job Description

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)and Google Sheets.

Excellent written communication skills, including professional email writing.

Strong data analytical skillswith ability to interprettrends and insights.

Thorough knowledge of call calibration processesand quality frameworks.

Ability to coach, mentor, and influence teamsto achieve quality benchmarks.

Graduate in any discipline 

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in a BPO/Call Centreenvironment.Shift timings 10AM to 7PM and working days Monday to Saturday and Sunday fixed Off.
