Job Description
Hiring: Quality Assurance Analyst (Audit)Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Quality Assurance Analyst to monitor and evaluate customer interactions across various service channels. The candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct call and transaction audits to evaluate agent performance
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents
- Participate in calibration sessions with operations and training teams
- Prepare quality reports and perform trend analysis using Excel
- Identify quality gaps and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and procedures
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Audit/QA role
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of at least one South Indian language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam) preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting)
- Required SkillsAnalytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
