🎯 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (STRICT)
➡️ EDUCATION: Must be a Graduate (No Undergraduates)
➡️ EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 months in Sales & Marketing
➡️ EMPLOYMENT GAP: Maximum 2 months allowed
➡️ AGE LIMIT: Maximum 28 years

📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
➡️ LEAD MANAGEMENT: Call & qualify company-provided leads
➡️ CLIENT ENGAGEMENT: Schedule meetings & build strong relationships
➡️ SITE VISITS: Conduct property tours & explain project value
➡️ SALES CONVERSION: Close deals end-to-end
➡️ PIPELINE MANAGEMENT: Consistent follow-ups for higher conversions
