Job Description

BangOnRealty is hiring a Real Estate Pre-Sales & Marketing Operations Executive for a hybrid role in Bangalore.

The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, qualifying buyers, scheduling site visits, sending project details on WhatsApp, updating lead status, supporting listings, and coordinating basic marketing operations.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCall leads from Meta, website, property portals and old database
  • Qualify customers based on budget, location, requirement and timeline
  • Schedule site visits and meetings
  • Send project details and follow-ups on WhatsApp
  • Maintain daily lead status in Google Sheets/CRM
  • Coordinate with founder, builders and project teams
  • Support property listings and basic back-office work

Monitor enquiry quality and share daily reports
