Your only job is to build a relationship, consult them using our data frameworks, manage site visits, and close deals.   • What You Will Do Daily (Your Responsibilities):Consult, Don't Pitch: Connect with high-intent corporate and tech professionals who have already interacted with our real estate tools and digital platforms.
  • Pipeline Management: Shortlist premium real estate inventories tailored exactly to the client’s profile using our internal LeadsChilly CRM system.
  • On-Field Execution: Coordinate, schedule, and lead high-touch premium site visits with clients across primary tech corridors.
  • Relationship Closing: Follow up proactively with clients and developer channel teams to drive booking forms across the finish line.
  • What We Are Looking For (Requirements):Experience: 1–3 years of core sales experience (Real Estate, High-Ticket Insurance, Premium Credit Cards, B2B Sales, or EdTech inside/outside sales). Fast learners with exceptional communication are welcome!
  • Communication: Excellent spoken English and Hindi (Knowledge of Kannada or other regional languages is a huge bonus).
  • Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone for smooth on-field movement and client site coordination.
