Real Estate Sales Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesBack Office

• Maintain customer and property records in CRM or Excel.
• Prepare booking forms, agreements, invoices, and other documents.
• Coordinate with customers, builders, legal, and finance teams.
• Handle email, phone, and WhatsApp communication.
• Track customer payments and documentation.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Schedule site visits and follow up with clients.

Sales

• Contact leads through calls and follow-ups.
• Explain property details, pricing, and offers.
• Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
• Build relationships with customers and address their queries.
• Negotiate and assist in closing property sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and conversions.
• Required SkillsGood communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under sales targets.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• QualificationAny Graduate (preferred)
• Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in sales or real estate can apply.
• Salary (Bangalore)Back Office Executive: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month.
• Sales Executive: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience and company.
