*Role Description:*
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Bangalore. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

5-day week (Mon & Tue off)
*COMPENSATION:*

*Package* - Upto 5 LPA (Fixed) + Upto 20 LPA incentives (Variable Incentive) + 10% Salary hike (Appraisal)
Fixed salary + High incentives + Monthly appraisals
-> Uncapped incentives (Average 1 Lakh per month)
-> Quarterly appraisals in Salary (10% Salary hike for every 3 deals.)
-> Double your salary in 1.5 years
*Experience*- Minimum 6 months work experience

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and evaluate business opportunities

• Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential customers
• Proficiency in Market Research to analyze industry trends and competition
• Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure a positive customer experience
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic business environment
• Objection handling skills.
• Previous experience in the real estate.
