Job Summary

A Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling residential properties. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable property options while ensuring a smooth transaction process.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing activities
  • Assist clients in buying properties
  • Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective buyers
  • Understand client requirements and match them with appropriate properties
  • Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, pricing trends, and legal requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
  • Collaborate with developers
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of local real estate market and property laws
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
