Job Summary
A Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling residential properties. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable property options while ensuring a smooth transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing activities
- Assist clients in buying properties
- Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective buyers
- Understand client requirements and match them with appropriate properties
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, pricing trends, and legal requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Collaborate with developers
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Knowledge of local real estate market and property laws
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
