SALES– JOB DISCRIPTION
The following are the roles & responsibilities of the Employee as a Sales Executive of the Company:
•
Candidate should belong to concerned local area only.
•
Must have good Communication skills.
•
To convince customer to avail the service.
•
To convert potential customer into sales.
•
Handling customer queries.
•
Must have handled real estate sales.
•
Must be familiar with the process for sales in real estate.
•
Must have networking with real estate agents, consultants, Land developers, bank
•
Knowledge of the construction industry and home building process.
Day to day activities: -
•
Should report on day to day task.
•
Should meet at least 10 leads daily.
•
Follow up with existing customers.
•
Minimum of 30 projects to be signed in per quarter.
•
Prepare the forecast for next 3months.
•
Daily reporting giving details of work done., Client meeting/status etc.
•
Need to come out with strategy for developing business.
•
After fifteen days of training need to make a presentation on your understanding about
•
company/work & your approach to develop business with targets in your territory.
•
Maintain sales panel review discuss follow up & update.
•
Need to be presentable while meeting clients well groomed.
•
Understand market, competitors etc. all information related to sales/marketing.
•
Need to make & submit budget for any marketing purpose
