Our goal is to deliver exceptional service, build trust with our clients, and help them make informed property decisions. We’re currently expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our high-performing sales team.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle qualified leads and assist clients through the property buying process
  • Conduct property site visits and explain project details to customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with builders, developers,
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
  • Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales and marketing teams to maximise conversions
  • Provide regular updates on lead status, visit feedback, and deal progress
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining transparency and professionalism
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Keep updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing


Requirements


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
  • Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore for client visits
  • Fluency in English
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools
