Job SummaryThe Residential Real Estate Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling residential properties, including apartments, villas, plots, and gated community homes. The role focuses on lead generation, property presentations, site visits, client relationship management, and closing sales while delivering a high level of customer service.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and networking activities.
  • Understand customers' housing requirements, budget, and location preferences.
  • Present suitable residential properties and explain project features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Conduct property tours, site visits, and project presentations for prospective buyers.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Negotiate sales terms and assist clients in making informed purchase decisions.
  • Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and internal departments to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Guide customers through booking, documentation, and registration processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Track market trends, competitor projects, and local residential property values.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales, property sales, or a similar sales role.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of residential real estate market dynamics and home-buying processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Required SkillsStrong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

  • Site visits and property presentations conducted.
