Job Description

  • ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and motivate a team of real estate agents
  • Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve results
  • Assist team members in closing deals and handling complex negotiations
