Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents, providing coaching to optimize performance.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Oversee lead generation campaigns and ensure the sales team effectively converts inquiries into site visits and closings.
- Market Analysis: Analyze local market trends, property trends, and competitor activities to adjust pricing and sales strategies.
- Client Relations & Negotiation: Build relationships with HNI clients and channel partners, handling negotiations to close deals.
- Operational Oversight: Utilize CRM software to update listings, track sales activities, and prepare performance reports for management
