Job Description
We are hiring a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to handle sales inquiries, follow up with company-provided leads, coordinate site visits, and support customers throughout the sales process. The company will provide leads and complete backend support for deal closures.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with company-provided leads and convert them into sales.
- Explain project details and property offerings to prospective clients.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
- Maintain regular communication with customers for follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and sales closure.
- Maintain customer database and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist in promotional and marketing activities when required.
