Job Description
Sales Manager – Real Estate (Team Building & Leadership)
Key Responsibilities:
Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve company sales goals.
Design and implement sales strategies for residential real estate projects.
Generate business through channel partners, direct clients, and builders tie-ups.
Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability within the team.
Guide sales executives on lead management, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular sales reviews, prepare performance reports, and present results to management.
Stay updated with local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns, site visits, and promotional activities.
Ensure the team maintains CRM discipline for accurate lead tracking and conversion.
