Job Description
* Welcome members and visitors professionally.
* Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries.
* Explain membership plans and convert enquiries into memberships.
* Register new members and process renewals.
* Collect payments and generate invoices/receipts.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate with trainers.
* Maintain member records and daily reports.
* Ensure the reception area is clean and well organized.
Requirements
* Graduate or PUC/Diploma with relevant experience.
* 1–3 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, or Sales.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
* Good communication in English and Kannada (Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage).
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
* Friendly personality with a customer-first attitude.
