Job Overview
We are looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist with a background in the Hospitality industry, preferably with experience in Front Desk operations and basic Executive Assistant (EA) responsibilities. Female candidates are preferable for this role.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, along with a welcoming and service-oriented attitude. The role will involve managing the reception area, welcoming guests and clients, coordinating meetings and schedules, assisting leadership with basic EA responsibilities, supporting office administration, and handling day-to-day operational coordination.
The candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing front-office operations efficiently while also assisting with calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative support whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
* Manage the front desk and reception area efficiently
* Coordinate and arrange snacks/refreshments for guests and meetings
* Coordinate with the HR/Admin team regarding hospitality and office requirements
* Maintain calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination
* Assist in scheduling and arranging client or guest meetings
* Support the team with basic administrative and operational tasks whenever required
* Assist in office opening and closing activities
* Handle incoming calls, visitor management, and general reception responsibilities
* Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of reception operations
* Assist leadership team with basic Executive Assistant (EA) coordination whenever required
* Maintain and coordinate calendars, schedules, and meeting arrangements
* Provide assistance across departments for coordination and support activities as needed
* Perform any other reception or front-office related responsibilities assigned from time to time
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Prior experience in Hospitality, Front Desk, Reception, Guest Relations, Administration, or Executive Assistant (EA) roles
* Experience working in a Finance / Investment Banking / Corporate environment will be an added advantage
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Presentable personality with a professional attitude
* Good coordination and organizational abilities
* Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently
* Basic knowledge of MS Office, scheduling, and calendar management preferred
Qualification
* Graduate in any discipline preferred
* Hospitality background will be an added advantage
Experience
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in Front Desk / Reception / Hospitality roles preferred
