Job Description

Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries promptly

Provide information about courses, schedules, fees, and programs

Manage student registrations and maintain records

Schedule appointments, demo classes, and meetings

Handle fee collection and issue receipts (basic accounting knowledge preferred)

Maintain attendance records and daily reports

Coordinate with teachers and management for class schedules

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable

Saturday and Sunday are working.

Monday is an off.

Support marketing activities (sharing updates on social media, follow-ups, etc.)
