Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a permanent role with a 3-month probation period.

• Key Responsibilities:Receive and respond to customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service through all communication channels
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, including difficult or angry customers
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Learn and understand company products and services quickly
• Assist walk-in customers by showcasing products and supporting them through the billing process
• Handle calls during non-business hours, Sundays, and holidays (compensation provided)
• Ensure adherence to company attendance and dress code policies
• Skills Required:Excellent call handling and telephone etiquette
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude
• Basic knowledge of billing and sales assistance
• Punctual, reliable, and well-organized
• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
• Additional Information:Probation Period: 3 months
• Compensation: Additional pay for handling calls outside business hours, on Sundays, and holidays
• Dress Code: Company dress code must be followed
