Job Description
We are looking for an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented Receptionist to manage the front desk and support the day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage check-ins, registrations, and visitor records.
- Answer calls, assist walk-in visitors, and direct them to the appropriate team.
- Receive, log, and distribute mail, couriers, and packages.
- Record and catalog in-kind donations with basic inventory documentation.
- Manage library book issue and return records.
- Maintain contractor and vendor information.
- Track visitor movements, temporary exits, and returns.
- Keep accurate digital records and ensure data is up to date.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
Requirements
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. Good spoken and written English is required.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with excellent communication skills.
- Friendly, courteous, and confident while interacting with visitors.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
