Job Description

We are looking for an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented Receptionist to manage the front desk and support the day-to-day operations of our office.


Key Responsibilities


  • Welcome visitors and manage check-ins, registrations, and visitor records.
  • Answer calls, assist walk-in visitors, and direct them to the appropriate team.
  • Receive, log, and distribute mail, couriers, and packages.
  • Record and catalog in-kind donations with basic inventory documentation.
  • Manage library book issue and return records.
  • Maintain contractor and vendor information.
  • Track visitor movements, temporary exits, and returns.
  • Keep accurate digital records and ensure data is up to date.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.


Requirements


  • Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. Good spoken and written English is required.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance with excellent communication skills.
  • Friendly, courteous, and confident while interacting with visitors.
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
