About the Role:

BLOOM WorkSpace is a vibrant co-working community in Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru. We're looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Receptionist / Community Executive to be the face of our workspace — ensuring every member and visitor feels welcomed, supported, and right at home.


Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members, visitors, and guests at the front desk

• Handle front-desk operations — calls, emails, walk-ins, and inquiries

• Manage member onboarding, check-ins, and day-to-day requests

• Coordinate meeting room bookings and event space scheduling

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and common area

• Support community events, member engagement activities, and networking sessions

• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor teams

• Manage basic billing support, invoices, and membership records

• Assist the centre manager with administrative and operational tasks


What We're Looking For:

• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi

• 2–5 years of experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service

• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace basics

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Positive, can-do attitude and genuine love for people
