Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, well-organized, and professional Receptionist cum HR Executive to join our logistics team in Basavanagudi, Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Responsibilities
- Attend and direct incoming phone calls.
- Welcome visitors and clients professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and office registers.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities.
HR Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare and update HR reports and databases.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Coordinate employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist management in general HR and administrative activities.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong MS Excel skills are mandatory.
- Good English communication and report preparation skills.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Language Requirements
- Kannada - Mandatory
- English - Mandatory
- Tamil - Preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Female candidates only.
- Degree qualification is mandatory.
- Local candidates residing near Basavanagudi and surrounding areas will be preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
