Job Description

  • Welcome and assist patients/customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain patient/customer records and update information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with doctors, consultants, technicians, and other departments regarding appointments and services.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle billing, payment collection, and invoice generation as per company procedures.
  • Maintain front office registers and daily reports.
  • Assist in customer relationship management and service coordination.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
