Job Description
- Front Office Associate – Job Roles & ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly.
- Manage room reservations and booking inquiries.
- Attend phone calls, emails, and guest requests politely.
- Maintain guest records and update hotel software systems.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements.
- Handle guest complaints and provide quick resolutions.
- Ensure proper billing, payment collection, and invoice handling.
- Maintain front office cleanliness, grooming, and hospitality standards.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Follow company SOPs, hotel policies, and operational procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
- Support team members and ensure smooth front office operations during shifts.
- Work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per operational requirements.
