Job Description

Operations / Guest Services

Reports To: Spa Manager


Area: **Reception**

Duties:

1. Greet & welcome clients with warm, professional demeanor

2. Manage appointments - booking, rescheduling, cancellations via phone/app/walk-in

3. Handle billing, POS, cash/card/UPI payments, close daily cash

4. Maintain client records

5. Ensure reception, waiting area is clean, stocked, aroma/music on


**Telecalling**

1. Call existing clients for follow-ups, membership renewals

2. Call leads from social media/walk-in enquiries to convert bookings

3. Confirm appointments 1 day prior

4. Handle inbound calls, explain services, pricing, packages

5. Maintain call logs
