Job Description
We are looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and sales operations for the pest control segment. The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, managing client relationships, and leading a field sales team across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (residential, commercial, and corporate clients)
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share
Client Management
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and partners
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Handle key negotiations and closures for large accounts
- Set targets, track performance, and drive accountability
Collections & Revenue Realization
- Ensure timely collections and minimize outstanding dues
- Monitor billing and revenue tracking for the region
Reporting & Strategy
- Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and market insights
- Analyze competition and market trends to refine sales strategy
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in pest control, facility management, or B2B services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
Key Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Market understanding and business acumen
- Execution-focused with a problem-solving mindset
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively within the south region
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
- Proficiency in English; Hindi/Regional language is an added advantage
