Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Researching prospective clients and initiating calls to pitch products and identify customer needs.
- Sales & Up-selling : Persuading prospects to make a purchase, highlighting special offers, and cross-selling premium services to existing accounts.
- CRM Management : Documenting sales leads, tracking customer interactions, and processing orders accurately via company software.
- Relationship Building : Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and troubleshoot any issue
