ob Title: Relationship Manager – Sales & Service (Kannada Mandatory)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager who is fluent in Kannada. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through lead generation, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service by resolving queries and complaints.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer support and service delivery.
- Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply (if applicable).
- Required SkillsFluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and/or local language.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Preferred ExperienceExperience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Telecom, Retail, or Financial Services.
- Knowledge of cross-selling and customer relationship management.
