Note: Mandatory (candidate who can speak Kannada and Telugu).

Position Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Rent Collection Executive for our Noida location. The candidate will be responsible for timely rent collection from riders, payment follow-ups, customer coordination, documentation, and maintaining accurate collection records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Rent Collection Collect daily, weekly, and monthly rental payments from riders.

• Handle cash, UPI, and digital payment transactions accurately.
• Provide payment receipts to riders after successful collection.
• Maintain proper records of all collections and transactions.

2. Payment Reminders & Follow-ups Contact riders to remind them about upcoming rent due dates.

• Follow up with riders for pending or overdue payments.
• Ensure timely payment clearance through regular communication.

3. Offers & Promotions:

• Explain company offers clearly and encourage riders to avail available benefits.
• Communication Inform riders about ongoing offers, discounts, renewal benefits, and new schemes.

4. Rider Support & Coordination:

• Coordinate with internal teams for vehicle issues, documentation, and service-related requests.
• Maintain good relationships with riders and provide smooth support.
• Handle basic rider queries related to rent, payment schedules, and services.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain daily collection reports and update records in the system/app.
• Collect and verify required KYC documents from riders.
• Share regular reports with the manager.
• Immediately report payment discrepancies or rider concerns.
• Required Skills Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital payments (UPI, online transactions).
• Ability to maintain records and reports.
• Customer handling skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented approach.
