Resort Manager

Job Profile:

We are seeking an fresher or experienced motivated Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our Resort & Famrs.

The Resort Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the resort and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Manage the overall operations of the resort and ensure compliance with company standards

Develop and implement policies and procedures for the resort

Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service

Ensure guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution

Manage inventory and control costs

Plan and coordinate events, activities, and entertainment for guests

Maintain and update financial records

Oversee maintenance and repairs of the resort and its facilities

Monitor market trends and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
